Are there any prerequisites for the courses?
There are no formal prerequisites for attending. We highly recommend that participants have a basic understanding of scalp acupuncture to get the most benefit from the program. Attendees may take the modules in any order according to their interests and schedule.
Can I take the courses in any order?
Yes. The modules are designed to be flexible, so you may take them in any order based on your interests and availability. However, we highly recommend having a basic understanding of scalp acupuncture to get the most benefit from the program.
What language will the seminar be in?
The seminar will be conducted in English.
Is the workshop available online?
Online sessions may be available in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
How will I get the course materials?
You’ll receive a digital copy of the materials about 2 weeks before the course starts. We’ll send you an email to let you know when they’re ready. If you prefer a printed copy, just let us know.
What should I bring to the seminar?
Bring a notebook, writing tools, and any specific tools or equipment listed in the pre-course email. Comfortable clothing is also recommended for practical sessions.
Can I attend if I’m not a licensed acupuncturist?
Our courses are tailored for licensed acupuncturists and TCM students. If you have a related background, please contact us to confirm eligibility.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the seminar?
Yes, participants who complete the course will receive a certificate of attendance. Certification for Scalp Acupuncture requires completing all modules, including the internship (Module 5).
Can I get a refund if I’m unable to attend?
We understand that plans may change. Please refer to our refund policy outlined on the Terms and Conditions page for detailed information. We recommend reviewing it prior to completing your purchase.
Can I choose my seat in the seminar?
Priority seating is determined by early payment. The sooner you make your payment, the better your seat will be.
I’m from another country and need an invitation letter. Can you help me with that?
Of course! Simply fill out the Official Invitation Request Form with your detailed information, and we’ll promptly provide an invitation letter to assist with your travel arrangements

What is the cost of attending the workshops?

What currency is used for payments?
All payments for the event are processed in USD (United States Dollars). Please ensure your payment method supports transactions in this currency.
What payment methods are available?
We currently accept payments via PayPal, which also allows processing credit card payments. We also accept payments via Zelle—please select the "Manual Payment" option for transaction instructions.
For international participants, wire transfer is available as an alternative. Please email us for more details.
Are there discounts available for acupuncture TCM students?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount for TCM students currently enrolling in accredited acupuncture programs. Please provide a copy of your registration or proof of student status to confirm eligibility.
Please note that there will be NO continuing education credits issued with the student discount.
Can I get a discount on hotel rooms?

Are meals included in the seminar?
Beverages will be provided during the seminar. However, meals are not included. We will provide recommendations for nearby restaurants and cafes during breaks.
